Financial Operations Specialist

The role of the financial analyst involves overseeing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. They will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, scheduling and expediting foreign exchange transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
In addition to these responsibilities, they will prepare financial reports for the board, coordinate accounting closing procedures, track capital expenditures, negotiate with suppliers, and assist in due diligence and audit operations.
Other key duties include preparing monthly health insurance deductions, supporting administrative needs, purchasing new equipment and services, and assisting with hiring and dismissal processes.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering
- Fluent English language skills
- Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Differential qualifications include experience with SAP Business One (B1) and knowledge of Tableau. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in a dynamic environment.
