
Oil and Gas Industry Growth Specialist

As a seasoned Senior Manager, you will drive growth by selling complex B2B consulting solutions to key stakeholders in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish trust with senior executives and develop targeted strategies for Latin America's Oil and Gas markets.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, close consulting contracts, and expand sales channels.
- Engagement & Project Management: Collaborate with consulting teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and mitigate risks.
- Tools & Technology: Utilize CRM, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office to manage pipelines and proposals.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can sell strategic solutions in Oil and Gas in Latin America. If you have a proven track record of consultative sales, especially with C-Level clients, we want to hear from you.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven success in consultative sales, particularly with senior executives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Latin America.
