Oil and Gas Business Development Executive">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth in the oil and gas industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, utilizing exceptional selling skills and negotiation techniques to close deals
- Analyze data and create market intelligence reports to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to ensure continued competitiveness
- Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the organization
- Work closely with functional leaders and experts to identify and develop leaner business processes
- Support the creation of new business models and find sustainable solutions for customers">Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, and/or strategy
- Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including its technical aspects and operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conceptualize complex quantitative analysis and build analytical models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate to management and key stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business impact
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurial spirit, able to build strong internal relationships and consensus on critical initiatives
- Ability to deliver quantitative results, business understanding, and strategic insights to internal partners and customers
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI">Personal Growth Opportunities:
