Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

This is a full-time role that requires collaboration with HR and Finance teams to maintain up-to-date employee information and produce payroll reports for management.

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time using payroll software.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, and other relevant data to ensure accurate calculation of wages.
  • Review and apply changes to benefits and allowance policies for eligible employees.
  • Cordinate with HR to ensure all employee information is up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate payroll reports for management as needed.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting to reconcile payroll transactions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in payroll software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
