We are Blaze, the fastest-growing casino in LATAM, and we're on a mission to revolutionize the iGaming industry. Our innovative platform boasts over 2,000 games and more than 2,000,000 registered players, and we're looking for a talented Outbound Sales Agent to join our team.

As an Outbound Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, messages, and chats to potential customers, using various sales techniques to nurture leads and drive sales growth. You'll also manage your own diary, schedule call-backs, and develop future opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sales. If you're a results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls, messages, and chats to potential customers
  • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer skills (Google Workspace)
  • Persistence and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and flexible
  • Knowledge of online games/entertainment (a plus)
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Willing to work on-site
