Job Title: SDR - Outbound

We're seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Brazil. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute prospecting plans to engage target accounts in Latin America using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Educate and develop prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Profile strategic accounts, identifying key individuals, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycles by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM applications.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-driven focus dedicated to quality and success.
  • Interpersonal adeptness with proven ability to develop and foster relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Strong interest in understanding business and what drives performance.
  • Desire to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and a strong team player with collaboration across teams, functional areas, geographic areas.
  • Sense of humor and enjoy having fun at work, contributing to a great employee experience with a positive attitude.
  • Intermediate level of English is a plus (Sinch is a global company, so internal communication is essential).
  • Intermediate level of Spanish.
