Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LaFinteca. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for B2B clients in the LATAM region.
- Client Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of potential clients' activities and business to assess the possibility of selling our product.
- Client Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to schedule appointments and product presentations.
- Deal Closure: Close deals and develop a plan for future sales growth.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on the status of negotiations within the sales cycle.
- Product Development: Collaborate with our product development team to create a tailored value proposition that meets clients' business needs.
- Client Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients, resolving any issues that arise during product use.
- Database Management: Manage and update the client database for reporting purposes.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales in fintech, banking, or information technology.
- Motivation: Extra motivation and sociability are essential for this role.
- Market Knowledge: Interest in the LATAM market and its dynamics.
- Decision-Making: Experience identifying key decision-makers and establishing contact.
- Sales Cycle: Knowledge of the sales cycle and its phases.
- Tools: Experience with Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Language: Advanced level of English (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus).
