Job Title: Business Development Manager – LATAM

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LaFinteca. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for B2B clients in the LATAM region.
  • Client Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of potential clients' activities and business to assess the possibility of selling our product.
  • Client Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to schedule appointments and product presentations.
  • Deal Closure: Close deals and develop a plan for future sales growth.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on the status of negotiations within the sales cycle.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with our product development team to create a tailored value proposition that meets clients' business needs.
  • Client Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients, resolving any issues that arise during product use.
  • Database Management: Manage and update the client database for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales in fintech, banking, or information technology.
  • Motivation: Extra motivation and sociability are essential for this role.
  • Market Knowledge: Interest in the LATAM market and its dynamics.
  • Decision-Making: Experience identifying key decision-makers and establishing contact.
  • Sales Cycle: Knowledge of the sales cycle and its phases.
  • Tools: Experience with Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Language: Advanced level of English (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus).
