Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with customers to understand business goals and use cases, developing tailored adoption plans for successful outcomes.
  • Utilizing product knowledge to assess effectiveness and adoption of deployed solutions.
  • Conducting regular health checks and providing advisory services to drive best practices adoption and solution optimization.
  • Monitoring customer deployments and solutions proactively, driving necessary communication.
  • Evaluating scope for timely escalation and addressing critical problems per priority.
  • Running regular governance meetings at the operational level to ensure seamless day-to-day functionality of products.
  • Planning and executing strategic governance meetings with C-level customers to drive planning and value discussion.
  • Developing and delivering quarterly business reviews and value plans for customers.
