Senior Endpoint Engineer

The Endpoint Management Team is seeking a highly skilled technical expert to maintain and secure corporate devices.

Key Responsibilities:

",ul">Maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne software.",/li>Develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.",/li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.",/li>Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.",/li>Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by management.",/li>Monitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.",/li>Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes.",/li>Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives.",/li>Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events.",/li>Assist in vendor evaluations and provide technical input for solution selection.",/li>Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.",/li>Participate in on-call rotation for critical endpoint issues.",/li>",p>Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience",/i>,/li>",li>Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms",/i>,/li>",li>Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments",/i>,/li>",li>Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation",/i>,/li>",li>Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management",/i>,/li>",li>Experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA)",/i>,/li>",li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities",/i>,/li>",li>Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment",/i>,/li>",li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills",/i>,/li>",li>Must be able to read and speak fluently in English",/i>,/li>",/ul>",p>Work Environment:",li>Must be available for occasional meetings across global time zones",/i>,/li>",li>On-call rotation participation required for critical issues",/i>,/li>",/ul>
