We are seeking a Director of Client Partnerships to foster close relationships with clients, act as primary contact and partner for all products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business strategy within accounts to grow existing revenue and generate new business through value-based upselling.
  • Meet client expectations and keep them informed of critical activities on the account.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and achieve contracted revenue targets with incremental growth.
  • Develop account plans and grow pipelines.
  • Owning all renewals and serving as key interface between clients and relevant product/support teams.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing records of sales, revenue, and key account information in Salesforce.
  • Leading client-facing and internal troubleshooting efforts and collaborating with delivery team managers to support business strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years' experience selling marketing technology solutions, preferably in Financial Services industry.
  • Ability to analyze problems, strategize for better solutions, and multitask efficiently.
  • Solid negotiation skills, strong interpersonal relationships with clients and management, and experience in data, digital, and/or marketing services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customers' businesses and align client services with client priorities and Acxiom's value proposition.

This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Travel Requirements
  • Travel to client sites minimally once a month to foster consistent relationships and opportunity growth.
