Palo Alto Networks is a cybersecurity leader that has brought groundbreaking technology to market, reshaping the threat and protection landscape. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth in our Brazil territory.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $200,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses. Our sales teams work together with large organizations to keep their digital information safe, using unmatched systems and tools, constantly updated research and sales libraries, and a team built on joint success.

Job Description:

The Sales Director will lead and drive sales engagements in the Brazil territory, responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas by crafting and implementing strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform.

This is a unique opportunity for a closer with a go-getter mentality to win business and market share by actively displacing competing technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners, leading all aspects of the sales cycle, and possessing a successful track record selling complex solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work with internal partners and teams to best serve customers.
  2. Bring experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  3. Create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments.
  4. Understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Palo Alto Networks.
  5. Engage a programmatic approach to demand generation, development, and expansion in the territory.
  6. Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for specific accounts.
  7. Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services.
  8. Travel as necessary within the territory and to company-wide meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security context, with awareness of SASE technology preferred.
  • Cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach for customers.
  • Leading all aspects of the sales cycle, including uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing new territories and accounts.
  • A successful track record selling complex solutions, with excellent time management skills and high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
