As a Regional Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational resilience of our network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain regional operational resiliency for our network with an emphasis on infrastructure and transaction network technologies.
- Reduce incident impact/duration and report on overall network health in the region.
- Identify and improve network diversity & resiliency in collaboration with vendors and internal engineering teams.
- Oversee regulatory relationships within the regional (technology) environment, including responding to technical questions from regulators.
- Provide assurance to senior management on the effectiveness of our internal operating environment.
- Manage collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at the regional or local level.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
