Key Role: B2b Channel Sales Manager

This high-level position focuses on cultivating and maintaining commercial relationships with distributors and resellers. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and expanding the channel customer base.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective sales plans to meet revenue goals. Identify areas for growth and develop strategies to increase channel presence.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with distributors and resellers, negotiating partnership agreements and terms. Manage sales performance across channels to ensure mutual success.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from proposal to delivery, and oversee supply chain operations to align with business objectives.
  • Compile and present sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to stakeholders. Propose improvements to drive business growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand the company's network through events and trade shows.
  • Analyze and optimize sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to allocate resources effectively.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing is essential. Additional training in Commercial Management can be beneficial.
  • Significant experience in sales, negotiation, and leadership is required. Previous experience as a B2B Channel Sales Manager in the tech, IT, or telecom industry is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with the mobile or professional monitor market is advantageous.
  • Project management skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
