We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Growth Manager to join our organization. As an Agent of Transformation, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through existing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities;
- Utilize CRM tools as the central platform to manage your portfolio, adhering to company standards and best practices;
- Maintain continuous knowledge and awareness of industry trends and market updates;
- Participate in training sessions and engage in ongoing personal and professional development;
- Establish authority on social media by sharing valuable content and relevant insights;
- Leverage team expertise to enhance skills and contribute to best practices;
- Develop strategic sales plans and align them with set targets;
- Analyze competitors and market trends, providing innovative commercial perspectives;
- Contribute to the commercial strategy by presenting data analysis and reviewing current practices;
- Actively collaborate with the team to achieve routine objectives.
Requirements:
- Hold or pursuing higher education in Law, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields;
- Demonstrate experience in B2B sales;
- Proven knowledge in CRM software;
- Achieved success with various sales techniques.
