Looking for a challenging project management role in Sao Paulo, Brasil? We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects aligned with our strategic goals.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders and various departments to ensure project alignment and support.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
  4. Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to achieve project objectives.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field. PMO certification desirable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in managing complex project portfolios, business excellence, change management.
  • Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills in English and intermediate Spanish.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% if necessary.
