Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Planner to join our team. As a key member of our IMO Team, you will be responsible for leading regional projects from definition through to market introduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your project management expertise to drive business results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and prioritize project teams, delegate assignments, and establish accountability and deadlines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects with high interaction with regional and global teams.
  • Build process improvement plans involving organizational change and development to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Anticipate issues and barriers that may impede progress and work within a cross-functional team environment to develop process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Project management experience required
  • Advanced English is required
  • Spanish (intermediate) is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team working and relationship building skills
