Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Merchant Experience Improvement Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in building our business in Brazil, driving growth and success through process improvements and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the basic operations of the food delivery industry and identify issues merchants encounter on various platforms.
- Drive the initiation, implementation, and achievement of results for various projects within the company, including product and process improvements.
- Establish a merchant experience indicator system and guide the project advancement through monitoring and operation of experience indicators.
Requirements
- Operational experience in user experience.
- Experience in building and operating indicator systems, familiar with research tools and methods for analyzing results.
- Project management capabilities, able to collaborate with multiple parties to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
- Familiarity with the food delivery industry, internet companies a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree mandatory, Master's Degree a plus.
- English is a must, ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment.
- Chinese language skills a plus, but not required.
