Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Merchant Experience Improvement Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in building our business in Brazil, driving growth and success through process improvements and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the basic operations of the food delivery industry and identify issues merchants encounter on various platforms.
  • Drive the initiation, implementation, and achievement of results for various projects within the company, including product and process improvements.
  • Establish a merchant experience indicator system and guide the project advancement through monitoring and operation of experience indicators.

Requirements

  • Operational experience in user experience.
  • Experience in building and operating indicator systems, familiar with research tools and methods for analyzing results.
  • Project management capabilities, able to collaborate with multiple parties to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
  • Familiarity with the food delivery industry, internet companies a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree mandatory, Master's Degree a plus.
  • English is a must, ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment.
  • Chinese language skills a plus, but not required.
