Strategic Sales Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled Senior Sales Strategy Manager to drive business growth through the execution of strategic sales plans and the achievement of key performance indicators.

Target Setting and Achievement

As a senior sales strategy manager, you will be responsible for identifying key sales metrics that impact our business objectives. You will develop a comprehensive management indicator system using efficient data tools and organizational mechanisms to manage franchise brand team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Operational Insight

You will utilize industry, competitive, and merchant information to gain valuable insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunity points. This insight will enable you to formulate feasible sales strategies and frontline execution paths through operational analysis and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
  • Data analysis skills: proficient with various analysis software, capable of conducting multi-dimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
  • Market insight: sensitive to market and industry trends, able to capture development trends and formulate effective strategies.
  • Project management ability: strong communication, expression, coordination, team consciousness, and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food delivery or local-based service industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations is preferred.
