Key Responsibilities:- Operational Analysis: Utilize industry inputs, competitive research, and merchant information to gain valuable insights into franchise brand growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Sales Strategy Breakdown: Develop and implement feasible sales strategies and frontline execution paths through operational analysis and exploration.
- Project Management: Employ project management methods to ensure effective execution of critical business objectives and strategies.
Job requirements include more than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations. Proficient data analysis skills are necessary, as well as market insight and project management ability.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the food delivery industry and local-based service industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations preferred.
