Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to prospect and foster robust relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing effective strategies for conversion.
  2. Facilitate the flow of information regarding sales activities, providing accurate forecasts and market insights to both marketing and sales teams.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales journey, including after the sale.
  4. Conduct assessments of contract risks and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate potential issues.
  5. Complete assigned reports and tasks as directed by the regional sales director and participate in regular meetings.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, preferably within the photovoltaic sector.
  2. Proven experience in business development, account management, and cross-selling.
  3. Strong understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial/legal terms.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude.
  5. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  7. Technical knowledge and background are advantageous.
