We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Guest Relations Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our 5-star luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update the Logbook to ensure accurate records of guest interactions and departmental activities.
  • Provide smart, well-groomed, and friendly service to guests at all times, maintaining a positive and cheerful disposition.
  • Regularly report on happenings to the Director of Rooms, Director of Operations, and General Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain excellent associate relations, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our guests feel valued and heard.
  • Ensure that all services meet the required standards, providing exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Smoothly manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Stay aware of the hotel's situation, occupancy, functions, groups, and VIPs to provide personalized service and attention.
  • Cooperate with hotel departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attend training classes as scheduled to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Be aware of the daily activities and have product knowledge of all hotel facilities to provide informed and personalized service.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality and/or business management, with 5-7 years of experience in a 5-star luxury hotel. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
