Our team is seeking a proactive advocate to drive customer success. This individual will be responsible for identifying customer goals and driving desired business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify customer needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
- Align our services with customer requirements to help retain, grow account recurring revenue, and reduce account churn.
- Conduct regular customer reviews at an appropriate cadence based on segment.
- Naturally inquisitive and proactive in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
- Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
