Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Account Team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end support for key clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Cross-functionally review, refine, and implement process improvements.
  • Build strong customer relationships through timely, accurate, and proactive communication on technical and service matters.
  • Prioritize client requests, changes, and escalations for swift resolution and alignment with customer goals.
  • Organize regular calls, reviews, and internal communications to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure new product launches and feature rollouts are fully service-ready with proper monitoring, documentation, and support processes in place.
  • Identify and escalate risks, recurring issues, or potential gaps in service to drive continuous improvement and customer success.
  • Provide insights and feedback to shape the product roadmap and service evolution.
Qualifications

This role requires experience managing large clients in technology, SaaS, or telecommunications. The Client Success Partner will partner closely with a virtual team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success working with large clients in complex environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
