Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on ethics and compliance matters to various stakeholders, including business leaders and functional groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs that align with 3M's Code of Conduct and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and other compliance-related issues.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, listening, writing), with native fluency in Portuguese.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide leadership support to various teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
