As a Medical Field Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the field by providing technical assistance and implementing strategies defined by our senior leadership to enhance customer satisfaction, contribute to market share growth, and ensure equipment availability.

You will be responsible for supporting other business areas when requested to provide technical support during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, instruct on use, clean, and disinfect endoscopy and surgery equipment according to manufacturer specifications and internal procedures.
  • Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to customers to increase satisfaction levels.
  • Detect equipment problems through inspections and identify root causes, then instruct customers on cleaning and disinfection procedures while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and internal protocols.
  • Offer relevant technical support, anticipating customer needs, monitoring repairs, and acting as the primary point of contact for post-sales matters.
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. nurses, doctors, procurement managers) and provide support for endoscope services, contributing to business growth.
  • Create, schedule, and track performance reports related to service contracts over time.
  • Support sales, marketing, and education teams during events such as conferences, grants, hands-on training, etc.
  • Support management by sending information or performing periodic activities to improve department performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Complete technical course in electronics, electroelectronics, or mechanics.
  • Experience: Client-facing experience in the medical field. Technical knowledge in repairing medical equipment.
  • Languages: Intermediate-level English desired.
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills at an intermediate level.
