We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of energy and beyond.
You will be part of our True. Blue. Transition. initiative, driving decarbonization and sustainable growth in the blue economy.
- Develop technical notes for sharing lessons learned and collaborate with the Digital/OIPOC team.
- Design, implement, and evaluate process testing, including new demulsifiers, CO2 membranes, and flocculants.
- Attend bi-weekly solids dashboard meetings with key stakeholders and participate in weekly technical monitoring meetings with facilities engineers.
- Perform internal technical audits or support audits on findings and ensure compliance with quality assurance actions and incident investigations.
- Manage projects and follow up on task completion related to job activities and support facilities engineers with problem-solving.
- Participate and support technical meetings offshore, addressing process deviations and coordinating corrective actions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, logical and objective analysis, negotiation skills, and emotional intelligence. Experience as a process engineer in the chemical industry, project-focused process engineering experience, and oil and gas experience are desired.
You should also be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
