A two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP) offers the opportunity to work on client engagements, acquire leading-edge operations and consulting skills, and develop expertise in operational excellence themes.

  • Collaborate with clients across various industries and service lines to create new strategies and applications.
  • Expand analytics capabilities and help architect innovative solutions within a fast-paced environment.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, join a global group of experts in operational excellence.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or applied math; master's or advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional experience in manufacturing/supply chain, preferably in basic materials, oil & gas, or consumer goods companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital technologies, including smart factories, IoT, Industry 4.0 automation/robotics.
  • Proven record of defining and implementing digital strategies across value chains.
  • Proficiency in predictive analytics, optimization, mine planning tools, simulations, and automation.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including Toyota Production System TPM, Kaizen methods, JIT, and SMED.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to break down complex structures into digestible points.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish a plus.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel.
