Estamos procurando por um profissional que possa desempenhar o papel estratégico de abordar inicialmente e qualificar leads, atuando como elo entre a prospecção e a equipe de executivos de vendas.
Aqui estão as principais responsabilidades:
- Aplique filtros e diagnósticos para entender se nossas soluções atendem às necessidades dos clientes;
- Realize pré-vendas apresentando claramente o valor do produto ou serviço e despertando interesse;
- Agende reuniões qualificadas com a equipe de executivos de vendas utilizando ferramentas digitais.
No que diz respeito aos requisitos, temos:
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano em vendas ou pré-vendas (Inside Sales, BDR, SDR ou funções similares);
- Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Publicidade, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;
- Habilidade em trabalhar com metas, indicadores e objetivos de performance;
- Clareza quanto aos objetivos profissionais e pessoais, com foco no crescimento de carreira;
- Confiança, resiliência, inteligência emocional e capacidade de lidar com objeções;
- Habilidade de escuta ativa, empatia, comunicação persuasiva e boa redação;
- Organização, facilidade no uso de tecnologias e curiosidade pelo autodesenvolvimento;
- Espírito competitivo e comprometimento com resultados.
