We are looking for a Financial Leader to spearhead the financial planning and analysis efforts in our IVD business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, accounting, or business, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and customer profitability to inform strategy.

Business Partnership:

  • Partner closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Support pricing strategies, product launches, and commercial initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessments.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters and strategic planning.

Controllership & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Work with auditors, tax authorities, and internal teams to manage audits and financial reporting.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Drive working capital management, including inventory and receivables.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team aligned with business objectives.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IVD and industry trends.
