Job Summary

We are seeking a trade analyst to ensure compliance with global processes in the trade area and act as a system super user.

This position requires sensitivity according to AEO Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.

The role is based in Monte Mor, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and does not involve sponsoring work visas or relocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish contact with Customs brokers and officials.
  • Ensure compliance with Customs requirements.
  • Implement and follow up on OEA processes.
  • Analyse and respond to Customs requirements.
  • Improve the trade process by identifying opportunities.
  • Serve as a super user for Softway system.
  • Monitor and drive business results using relevant tools.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade.
  • More than 5 years of experience in foreign trade.
  • Experience with software, particularly SAP.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
  • Strong relationships and communication skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and dynamic approach.
  • Effective stakeholders management.
  • Availability to work in Monte Mor, Brazil.
