
Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a strategic professional to accelerate our business growth in Latin America. This individual will provide thought leadership and fact-based insights to identify, develop, and execute growth paths through business analysis and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth across multiple channels and categories, leveraging internal capabilities and external factors.
- Channel Strategy: Lead the definition and implementation of super and hyper channel strategies across the system, balancing business needs with emerging trends and competitor activity.
- Market Insights: Collaborate with the strategy and insights community to link consumer segmentation with market segmentation efforts, maximizing synergy and driving business results.
- Investment Planning: Develop investment plans against identified strategic imperatives, including financial analysis, breakeven estimates, and ROI projections.
- Bottling Partnerships: Work closely with bottling partners to activate in-market initiatives and experiment with new segmentation solutions to drive incremental business growth.
- RGM Process: Lead the Reliability Growth Management process in the channel, optimizing volume and revenue mix by pack and brand, and identifying future opportunities.
- Incidence & Frequency Driving Programs: Develop and implement specific programs to drive incidence and frequency, resulting in increased sales and customer engagement.
- Shopper/ Customer Insight Development: Lead the development of key channel-specific shopper/customer insight to build a strong analytics base for channel planning and execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing or related field, preferably in a cross-functional organization.
- Skills: Deep marketing expertise in market and customer insights, segmentation, product commercialization, and branding.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global teams, and drive buy-in on strategic imperatives and investment plans.
