Administrative Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Professional to support our personal injury cases team in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate appointments and manage legal calendars efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout the legal process.
- Monitor treatment plans and clients' medical progress closely.
- Collect, organize, and review medical bills and police reports thoroughly.
- Communicate with clients, clinics, and insurance companies to obtain key case information promptly.
- Prepare and send letters of representation professionally.
- Maintain updated client records and corresponding legal documentation accurately.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative tasks is required.
- Advanced English language skills - both spoken and written - are mandatory.
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information is essential.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and terminology is necessary.
