Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of our clients.

You will plan and lead the design process for new features and products, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design skills and experiences, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work on next-generation products with innovative tech stacks.

In this role, you will also be responsible for incorporating feedback from client users into each iteration of work, understanding the problem through user research, and facilitating discussion and collaboration among team members to ensure effective communication and alignment.

About the Role:

  • Plan and lead the design process for new features and products
  • Develop and maintain high-fidelity prototypes to visualize creative solutions for customer problems
  • Incorporate feedback from client users into each iteration of work
  • Facilitate discussion and collaboration among team members
  • Adapt and influence Lean/Agile approach to design in an agile environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design skills and experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on next-generation products with innovative tech stacks
