Software Engineer Recruiter for Sweden

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer recruiter to join our team in the Swedish IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of local engineering talent within IT and a proven track record in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.

The role focuses on recruiting software engineers for Sweden, supporting relocation, visa/work permits, housing, tickets, and related logistics through a global team.

  • Finding engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and informing them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Building trust with suitable candidates and guiding them through relocation processes.
  • Collaborating with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.

The successful candidate will be extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions. They will also possess high-quality awareness, as well as understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting software engineers for Sweden.
  • Maintaining relationships with local engineering talent.
  • Collaborating with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience. They will also have a solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
