We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
- As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing monitoring tools and scripts to ensure seamless system performance.
- You will work closely with customers to gather requirements for monitoring implementation and develop custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather customer requirements for monitoring implementation
- Develop custom scripts and implement out-of-the-box features from monitoring tools
- Analyze requirements and implement based on customer needs and company standards
- Manage monitoring tools and scripting experience
Requirements:
- Experience with SCOM, Nagios, Python, shell script, PowerShell, and RESTful API interaction
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
