We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
- Ticket Management: Receive, prioritize, and manage service desk tickets using industry-leading software.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, working closely with users to resolve issues efficiently.
- User Support and Guidance: Provide direct support to users, helping them with system issues, access requests, password resets, and other general IT inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and user interactions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor service desk activity, including tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Advanced Spanish language skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in laptop/desktop (Windows) operations, O365, and ServiceNow platforms.
- Desirable Skills: MS Office, Teams, ServiceNow, and customer service experience.
