We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to coordinate pre-sales activity for small and medium-sized customers. You will be responsible for collecting and validating customer data, managing cases according to regional guidelines, overseeing the quote approval process, and assisting with new customer setup and handling escalations between teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work within optimized caseload ranges, and participate in small projects as required. Additionally, you will need to follow up with customers on required documents and missing information, ensure customer PO compliance, and project manage single-country, large, complex deals while containing changes. The successful candidate will also engage cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements against deadlines.

Responsibilities:
