Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure facilities are in good condition
- Monitor and control budgets and forecasts to meet performance targets
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage vendor relationships and control expenditures
- Monitor and report key performance indicators and metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Advanced English language skills
