About This Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers derive optimal value from our products and services, leading to increased renewals and add-on transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding customers through each phase of their Proofpoint journey, creating and maintaining Customer Success Plans (CSPs).
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers for health checks, identifying at-risk customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address churn and dissatisfaction.

What We're Looking For

">
  • A 4-year college degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of industry leadership experience in customer success, sales engineering, senior support engineering, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of customer success principles and ability to articulate customer business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, phone manner, and meeting presence with all levels of customer leadership.
  • Evidence of effective documentation, executive communications, and white papers.
  • Proven ability to lead in a team environment and pioneer new processes.
