We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our Brazil Stores People Experience and Technology team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This role will partner with Brazil Stores leaders to develop and execute HR initiatives that enable business outcomes and build a world-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement HR Initiatives: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience.
- Employee Relations and Support: Work with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues and provide ongoing support on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures.
