Senior HR Business Partner – Technology Sector

Overview of the Position

In this role as Senior HR Business Partner , you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting technology divisions in executing the HR cycle, including compensation reviews, talent management, performance evaluations, and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Analyzing organizational needs to identify and propose HR priorities that align with business objectives.
  • Leading and managing the HR team, ensuring that efforts are concentrated on critical business challenges while delivering effective operational support.
  • Overseeing and advising on broader HR initiatives or programs initiated by central or global teams.
  • Collaborating with these teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Maintaining a consistent approach to HR functions and ensuring compliance with regional and global policies, as well as local employment laws.
  • Potentially acting as project lead on specific initiatives, providing HR expertise to business projects to ensure a focus on organizational and personnel considerations.
  • Guiding the business in all staff-related matters and coaching management teams to enhance individual and collective capabilities in HR operational activities, such as the annual HR cycle.

Candidate Profile

You are an ideal candidate for the Senior HR Business Partner position if you possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience as an HRBP within technology sectors or organizations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various HR policies, processes, and core topics affecting the employee lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with the principles of agile working methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, alongside a proven ability to make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders, providing support across various internal processes.
  • Experience in managing employee relations issues across diverse departments and job levels.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced to fluent level.
