Senior HR Business Partner – Technology Sector

Overview of the Position

In this role as Senior HR Business Partner , your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting technology divisions in executing the HR cycle, including compensation reviews, talent management, performance evaluations, and employee feedback surveys.
  • Analyzing business operations to identify and propose HR priorities that align with the organizational agenda.
  • Leading and managing the HR team, ensuring that initiatives are directed towards critical business challenges and that a high-quality operational service is delivered.
  • Overseeing and advising on broader HR initiatives or programs initiated by central or global teams.
  • Collaborating with these teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Maintaining a uniform approach to HR practices while ensuring compliance with regional and global policies, as well as local employment laws.
  • Potentially acting as project lead on specific initiatives, providing HR resources to business projects to ensure a focus on personnel and organizational aspects.
  • Guiding the business in all staff-related matters and coaching management teams to improve individual and team capabilities in HR operational activities, such as the annual HR cycle.

You would be an excellent fit for the Senior HR Business Partner position if you possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within technology-focused organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various HR policies, processes, and key HR topics that influence the employee lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and operational philosophies.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make informed recommendations to senior management based on data insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, mentoring, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to employees and stakeholders, providing ongoing support across diverse internal processes.
  • Experience in managing employee relations issues across various departments and job levels.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced to fluent level.
