About the Role:

This is a challenging position that requires a collaborative team player to lead business development and finalization of upgrades opportunities in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate sales through positioning technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution in energy brownfield applications.
  • Promote the upgrades business value proposition of turbomachinery technology.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, account sales, and commercial proposal staff.
  • Partner with DTI to develop conceptual and feasibility studies to increase upgrades market penetration.
  • Fleet scouting to develop upgrades opportunities from small modifications to large and complex projects.
  • Sales processes requiring technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
  • Ensure technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are considered in creating proposals.
  • Cooperate with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions to build tailored solutions in brownfield conditions.
  • Handle upgrades opportunities in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.
  • Meet upgrades quarterly financial targets for the assigned region in close collaboration with regional sales organization.
Requirements:
