About the Role:This is a challenging position that requires a collaborative team player to lead business development and finalization of upgrades opportunities in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate sales through positioning technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution in energy brownfield applications.
- Promote the upgrades business value proposition of turbomachinery technology.
- Collaborate with regional sales, account sales, and commercial proposal staff.
- Partner with DTI to develop conceptual and feasibility studies to increase upgrades market penetration.
- Fleet scouting to develop upgrades opportunities from small modifications to large and complex projects.
- Sales processes requiring technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Ensure technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are considered in creating proposals.
- Cooperate with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions to build tailored solutions in brownfield conditions.
- Handle upgrades opportunities in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.
- Meet upgrades quarterly financial targets for the assigned region in close collaboration with regional sales organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
- Knowledge of turbomachinery technology and upgrades industry.
