Business Development Manager Role

The primary responsibility of a Business Development Manager is to establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, ultimately driving revenue growth through consultative sales and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to deliver results-oriented solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on Meta's product offerings and adapt recommendations to suit various client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional account management services to strategic advertising clients and agencies.
  • Create and implement initiatives to enhance the client experience.
  • Timely resolve issues and provide effective support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other organizations within Meta to drive revenue and boost customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience driving revenue growth and developing client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with marketing and/or sales professionals.
  • Portfolio management or yearly revenue quota experience.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives and build impactful relationships.
