TikTok is seeking a skilled professional to lead our agency pod team, driving revenue growth and business development.
About the Role- Determine, prioritize, and secure key business opportunities;
- Drive revenue for TikTok by cultivating and expanding relationships with various agency teams, focusing on strategic connections with account services, creative, social, planning, and data teams;
- Lead strategy and negotiation across the full spectrum of agencies, tailoring approaches to each segment's unique characteristics and needs;
- Lead and optimize sales processes, implementing proven methodologies and dynamics to maximize team performance and results;
- Drive product adoption aligned with TikTok's current and future offerings;
- Utilize a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to clients, positioning TikTok as a full-funnel platform;
- Create a successful strategy in leading scalable initiatives to drive growth and agency development at scale;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
- Strong knowledge of the agency ecosystem in Brazil and proven track record of building high-performance teams;
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Leading and developing regional and global relationships;
