">Key Responsibilities:">- Develop strong, long-term connections with clients and industry stakeholders, selling exhibition space, digital, sponsorship, and branding opportunities across the WTM Portfolio.
- Proactively identify and engage new exhibitors and sponsors through industry events, networks, and outreach initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, using data and insights to help clients achieve their goals and increase their investment.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Lead and coordinate CRM initiatives across multiple events to support sales and engagement efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring a reliable pipeline and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and creatively.
- Organised and self-motivated, with effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Collaborative and emotionally intelligent, with a focus on building positive relationships.
