About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Relationship Builder.

This role focuses on driving business growth, providing expert guidance, and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk up a portfolio of high-value relationships across Brazil and Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
  • Nurture trusted partnerships with key contacts and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Foster product adoption through personalized onboarding, training, and regular value-based interactions.
  • Closely monitor product usage and client engagement to identify areas of improvement and potential.
  • Develop tailored account plans to support retention, expansion, and advocacy efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver in-depth business reviews, performance analysis, and relevant industry insights to each client.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship building, customer success, or similar client-facing roles in the SaaS or B2B technology space.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Be based in Brazil.
