As a Senior Surety Client Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting producers and clients in managing surety bonds. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support producers in managing client relationships and ensure timely communication
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding surety bond requirements and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client complaints and concerns
- Develop and maintain knowledge of surety bonding products and services
Traits and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in relevant software applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles with experience in insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
