As a Senior Surety Client Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting producers and clients in managing surety bonds. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support producers in managing client relationships and ensure timely communication
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding surety bond requirements and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of surety bonding products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:
