Sales Support and Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Support and Administrative professional to join our Customer Service department, serving clients in the United States and Canada. This role involves optimizing work across multiple supply chain processes, ensuring commercial handling for a defined customer group.

  • Create standard Sales Orders and deliveries
  • Generate and update various reports, including Sales Orders report, CSR Dashboard, inventory, and incoming invoices
  • Verify Open Orders Status
  • Cancellation of invoices
  • Release Credit/Delivery Blocks
  • FOLLOW Daily CSR routines
  • After-sales activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales orders and manage daily deliveries
  • Manage and generate reports on sales orders, inventory, and incoming invoices
  • Verify open order status and facilitate cancellation of invoices as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Previous intercultural work experience is an advantage
  • Differential Power BI skills
