Technical Market Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Market Development Manager to join our organization. As a key player in the region or an expert in their technical field, you will play a pivotal role in translating market needs into strategic technical actions that drive short- and long-term goals.

With a strong background in technology and solid experience in the area, you will be responsible for working with our team to implement market expansion and growth strategies within existing or new customers. This will involve guaranteeing timely implementation of activities, ensuring scope, quality, and cost requirements are met, and identifying obstacles and suggesting opportunities to overcome them.

You will also participate in meetings, conferences, and technical presentations to customers and other players in the value chain, fulfilling widespread needs of information on niobium.

This is a technology-focused role that requires a master's degree or equivalent practical accumulated knowledge in topics related to the technical area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop working relationships with people from different backgrounds, including customers, salespeople, production shop operators, and industry leaders. They will also be able to implement action plans with customers, follow up on actions, and identify divergences and propose countermeasures to keep the plan on track.
